Heather Hornstein, PA-C graduated from Michigan State University in 2003 with a Bachelors of Science in Dietetics and Kinesiology.  In 2011, she graduated from Nova Southeastern University with her Masters degree in Physician Assistant.  Heather has worked for Eaton Orthopaedics since August 2014 and works with Dr. Eaton.
